From expertise to
usable knowledge.
Competence does not arise in the head. It arises through thinking connected with the body and acting in the context of a demand. That is how information becomes knowledge, and knowledge becomes real ability.
How experts reliably pass on relevant knowledge to the next generation is a core question I follow in my work.
Embodied Learning
Thinking does not happen only in the head. It is woven into the body, into space, into action. Learning formats that take this seriously work with movement, material and real demands instead of just screen text. That way, knowledge is not only understood, it is available when it's needed.

"How do experts reliably pass on relevant knowledge to the next generation?"
This core question drives my work. It comes with a conviction rooted in my professional background: knowledge has to land in the head, in the body and in context to become effective. This site is my personal toolbox for learning that actually works.
The Playbook
Pedagogy follows the role
Sales learns through stories and pitches, engineering through deep dives, production through clear SOP steps, development through connected journeys. The same knowledge. Four different surfaces, because people learn differently.
Formats, not folders
No L&D tool with course bureaucracy. Tutorials, nuggets, journeys and flashcards are standalone experiences. Intuitive, highly interactive, built for the moment the knowledge is actually needed.
Learning by Doing
My conceptual frame: future skills don't emerge from listening, but from doing. Every format is oriented toward application. Try it, reflect, repeat. Active doing instead of a textbook.
Four formats, one toolbox
Tutorials
Step-by-step guides with progress tracking, from first contact to machine setup.
Learning Nuggets
Web-page-like micro formats: one idea, three minutes, immediately applicable.
Learning Journeys
Multi-stage learning paths with stations and visible progress along the route.
Flashcards
Interactive flashcards with a 3D flip. Front: keyword, back: knowledge.

The Word for What's Happening
Everyone says artificial intelligence. The word might be wrong, and the gap it leaves is exactly where the discomfort lives.
The Brockovich Playbook
The tobacco analogy for AI costs holds at first glance. On closer inspection, it blurs. On missing visibility, the Brockovich framing, and why usage competence is an accountability question.
The Shovel Sellers' Fortune
In a gold rush, the shovel sellers win. What does that mean when the gold rush is AI, and the shovels are competencies?
